New in Ledenbeheer 2.0: the completely redesigned Video Zone

We are proud to introduce one of the first major visual upgrades in Ledenbeheer 2.0: the brand-new Video Zone. Rebuilt from the ground up, this module is not only more attractive and easier to use, but also much more powerful. Here is what is changing and how it will make running your sports club, dance school, or camp organization even easier.

What’s new?

1. Visual previews for every video

Previously, videos appeared in one long list without visual previews. Every video now includes a thumbnail, so you can immediately recognize the choreography, lesson clip, or recording. No more endless lists of titles, but an attractive and recognizable layout.

2. From folders to tags: smarter organization

A major change in the Video Zone—and soon in other Ledenbeheer 2.0 modules—is the move from folder structures to tags. Instead of placing videos in fixed folders by course or sports year, you can now tag them freely by dance style, location, group, performance, season, and more.

A video can only exist in one place within a folder structure. Tags let you assign multiple labels—for example “Disco”, “2023-2024”, and “Ghent Show”—so you can find it quickly however you search. Fewer clicks, more flexibility.

3. Faster editing and publishing

You can now publish, edit, or delete directly from the overview without opening a separate page. This saves time and makes the workflow much smoother.

5. Ready for mobile

The new interface is fully responsive, so everything works just as smoothly on a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
