Ledenbeheer

January 2025 updates

A new way to embed Ledenbeheer in your website

You could already embed Ledenbeheer content in your website. The downside was the appearance of double scrollbars, which reduced usability. The new script also automatically adopts your website’s font, ensuring everything matches your visual identity.

There is now a simple JavaScript solution: add just two lines of code to your page and you are done.

You can find the code under Settings > Registration page > Share.

Curious what it looks like? We have already applied it on this page.

New statistics: registrations and revenue per rate

Registrations and revenue per rate provides insight into how often members select specific rates and how much revenue those rates generate.

What does this include?

  • Registrations per rate: Shows how many people registered at a specific rate—for example, 20 registrations at the standard rate and 10 at a discounted rate.

  • Revenue per rate: Shows how much income each rate generates—for example, €1,000 from the standard rate and €300 from the discounted rate.

Why is this useful?

  • Popularity insights: Understand which rates are most popular and how often discounts are used.

  • Revenue analysis: See which rate contributes the most to total revenue.

  • Strategic decisions: If a rate is less popular or profitable, you can consider adjusting it.

Example:

For a dance camp with multiple rates:

  • Standard rate: 50 registrations at €100 = €5,000 revenue

  • Early-bird discount: 30 registrations at €80 = €2,400 revenue

  • Sibling discount: 20 registrations at €90 = €1,800 revenue

This shows how many people select each rate and how much revenue it generates—valuable information for financial planning and marketing.

Disable rates for courses and activities

When you disable a rate, it is no longer included in occupancy calculations. Use registration periods when you no longer want to display a rate on the registration page. When the registration period ends, the rate disappears automatically. Please note that a course without any active rates will no longer appear in the activities overview.

Other improvements

Cancellation: When you cancel an activity using the Cancel option, its status is now set to Cancelled. The activity remains visible on the registration page with a clear cancellation notice, but registration is no longer possible. Moving the activity to the trash removes it from the registration page.

Installment payments: The first installment is now checked against its due date. If it is not paid on time, the outstanding installment is added to your overdue invoices. You can then send payment reminders manually or automatically.

Ticket sales: Did someone book tickets for the wrong show? Administrators can now easily transfer people from one event to another.
