Unsubscribing from communications

When an account contained multiple email addresses, every message was sent to all of them. Each email included an unsubscribe link. Previously, if one recipient unsubscribed, this applied to the entire family. We have changed this so only the person who clicked the link stops receiving emails. The member profile also shows which email addresses are used for communication and which family members do or do not wish to receive messages.

Communication recipients

In the final step before sending an email, we now list every email address in the profile separately. Previously they appeared as a comma-separated list, so you could only send to everyone or no one. You can now exclude individual addresses and see whether each address has opted in to communications.

New communication IP addresses

For Google Workspace, we recommend adding Ledenbeheer’s IP addresses (217.19.225.73 and 199.15.226.40) as trusted senders in your account.

Ticket sales

Waitlisted members who do not respond to an invitation in time are now moved to expired invitations, allowing you to invite them again.

Other improvements

• Member profiles now have a mobile-friendly layout

• “Contacts > Invitations” has been rebuilt with a new look and feel
