Improved onboarding

New customers can now get started with Ledenbeheer even more smoothly. Our improved onboarding helps them begin quickly and easily.

Required registration age

Je kunt nu zelf kiezen of de leeftijd waarop we beoordelen of iemand mag aansluiten in de les berekend moet worden op datum van inschrijven of op datum start activiteit. Je kunt dit instellen via het menu "instellingen > algemeen".

Tax certificates

Many changes have been made to tax certificates in recent months.

• Ignore incorrect national registry numbers (if the government reports that a number is incorrect, you can submit it as blank).

• Change the dependent person (select during registration and edit later through the club).

• Sequence numbers used to be assigned only when parents downloaded their certificate. Certificates now receive a sequence number when the camp has ended, provided all required fields have been completed.

• New layout for members, grouping all tax certificate questions so it is clearer why the information is required.

• Members with a severe disability receive certificates up to age 21.

• Separated parents with financial co-parenting can now each receive a certificate.

• The government’s frequently asked questions have been added to our own help center. Our chatbot, available to Plus and Pro customers, can now answer all questions about tax certificates.

• Attendance now determines whether a certificate is created (Settings > General).

• The government XML file has been optimized.
