Ledenbeheer support

For technical support, please email support@ledenbeheer.be. This address is connected to our ticketing system so we can assist you faster.

Always email us from an address registered as an administrator for your club. We provide support only to club administrators or users with the correct management permissions in Ledenbeheer. This protects the security and privacy of club data and ensures sensitive information is available only to authorized people.

With a Plus or Pro plan, the fastest way to receive support is through the chat button in the bottom-right corner of your Ledenbeheer account.

New updates to the seating planner

The seating planner has received several useful new features.

Previously, when adjacent-seat selection was required, members could only select seats at the side of the venue. Clubs can now decide which seats may be sold first.

Seating plans can now use even and odd seat numbers. Many venues place odd-numbered seats on the left and even-numbered seats on the right, and Ledenbeheer now supports this setup.

Zooming has also improved. When you add a large stand, the system automatically zooms out, and objects are no longer placed on top of one another.

Passes

Under Passes > Top up, you can now see why a balance was added, particularly for free administrator top-ups.

The member journey is now simpler. Members are clearly informed that they still need to make a booking after purchasing a pass. After payment, they receive an email confirming that the pass is ready, including a link to make a booking.

The calendar now has an improved display when no dates are available in the current month.

We also added useful information to the member’s pass page, including:

• When does my pass expire?

• Passes that do not expire are clearly indicated.

Other improvements

• Danssport Vlaanderen integration: membership numbers are no longer displayed in the contact list. They are available under “Danssport Vl. > Affiliated members”.

• Ons holiday schedule has been updated with school holidays through 2029

• Administrators now download health insurance certificates from the member profile. Open the Registrations tab and click the three dots next to the relevant registration.

• Webshop products can now be reordered under Webshop > Products.
