Recent registrations now use new icons, allowing you to immediately distinguish a new registration, transfer, trial class, or pass top-up.

Resend communications?

You could already resend emails to members who had not received them or to members in other groups. You can now also resend an email to the same group used for the original message.

Useful shortcuts added to the contact list

You asked for an icon next to each email address so you could copy it easily or send an email directly. Good news: we have added it!

Webshop

The inventory list was confusing for some clubs. We updated the terminology and added columns to make stock levels clearer.

Understanding the inventory list

1. Total stock
   Everything physically present in your warehouse.

2. Reserved
   Items set aside for customers who have already placed an order.

3. Available stock
   What remains freely available to sell

4. Delivered
   Items already delivered to customers and therefore no longer present in your warehouse.

5. On order
   Goods on backorder—they are added to your warehouse as soon as the supplier delivers them.

This overview makes it easy to keep your warehouse organized and know exactly where every item is.

Other improvements

• WordPress plugin received a security update 

• The rounding rule has been removed. Discounted prices are no longer automatically rounded to the nearest 0.05.

• GDPR update: members can now delete their own account through their profile. Previously, this had to be handled by us.

• Column filters are now retained. When you return to a list, your selected filters remain active.

• Tax certificates: the form preview now includes the child guardian’s address. The question was already present on the form itself but was missing from the preview.
