Improved
Ledenbeheer

All information required for tax certificates is now collected during registration, making the process simpler and clearer for members. The parent’s address is also copied automatically from the child’s details, making registration smoother.

Parents can now choose for themselves who will claim the child as a tax dependent.
Organizations can now indicate that an activity is intended for people with a severe disability. They are entitled to a tax certificate up to and including the age of 21.
By default, certificates cover the full duration of a camp. However, certificates may technically only cover the days on which the child was actually present. This setting lets you enable that behavior easily.
Once enabled, the system automatically creates certificates based on attendance recorded in Ledenbeheer.
The XML file has been optimized based on government feedback. This should reduce recurring errors, such as addresses that are too long.
